The machine model T@G_2O is currently in patenting phase and has been designed for the insertion of tags with wire on neck of every kind of bottle. With some small technical adjustments it can be also used for the insertion of tags with elastic on any kind of jars, The machine works in a simple way, intuitive and structured in phases; every phase has a working station.

In the starting phase of the machine cycle there is a stacker, i.e. a container in which the operator loads the tags manually; subsequently an automatic drawer transports the same to the perforating group.

The next step is the fastening group: in this phase the wire is inserted and fastened. The wire fastened with its tag will be then placed on the neck of the bottle. The strong point of this machine is the versatility as with small modifications it can be adapted according to customers needs to many different. kinds of wire, tags and bottles.
